Maggie Moore trained for three years at the Northern College of Acupuncture, graduating in 1997 with a Diploma of Acupuncture. The course covered the theory and clinical practice of acupuncture according to traditional Chinese medicine, as well as some aspects of Western medicine.
In 2000, Maggie spent one month in Hangzhou, China doing further clinical work, and she continues to attend post-graduate seminars in the UK annually.

Maggie Moore is a member of the British Acupuncture Council and works according to its strict Codes of Practice and Ethics. These cover all aspects of working with patients, including stringent standards of hygiene, safe practice and patient care.
